 Winner of PRTC's Quality in Service AwardsDecember, 2005 The Puerto Rico Tourism Company awarded three of it's prestigious Quality in Service Awards to Rincón Beach Resort: Food & Beverage, Global Service, (overall service) and Housekeeping Awards. More than 200 hotels and gastronomic inns in the island were evaluated with strict international evaluation methods; five random inspection visits during the year and mystery guests which stay in the hotels plus the comment cards submitted by the guests themselves. “We are very honored to have been awarded by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company which has been working to promote Puerto Rico and to position the island as a high quality destination.
