Rincon Beach Resort's meeting facilities feature spectacular indoor and outdoor venues for any type of special occasion. Accommodating up to 250 guests in a banquet style seating and 400 guests for a cocktail reception, the Grand Flambyan Ballroom is perfect for a large social featuring 3,550 square feet of space that divides into three meeting rooms – Palma, Ceiba, and Almendro. Each room measure 650 square feet each and accommodates 10 to 60 people.

Grand Flamboyan Ballroom measures 3,550 square feet perfect for a large social or business activity up to 250 people in banquet style seating and up to 400 for cocktail reception style. The Grand Flamboyan Ballroom divides into three Meeting Rooms: Palma, Ceiba and Almendro.
The Palma meeting room measures 650 square feet and accommodates 10 to 60 people.
The Almendro meeting room measures 650 square feet and accommodates 10 to 60 people.
The Ceiba meeting room measures 650 square feet and accommodates 10 to 60 people.
