The location of the property is epic. It's one of a kind and next to none when it comes to tranquility, relaxation, service, and escaping from the hustle and bustle of urban life. Pool is unique and probably the pinnacle of the property. The restaurant boasts an excellent menu and service, thanks to Edwin for making our stay even more enjoyable, as well as Naomi, Sasha, and the rest of the front desk staff. We encourage anyone to come by and experience this beautiful hidden gem of Western PR!
I got married in this hotel 16 years ago and continue to go every time that my path takes me to the area. The hotel is a reliable gem in the city of sunsets. This last time, I ventured to go in a super busy time, and while the hotel was full at capacity, I never felt it was that crowded. The hotel property is incredibly safe. The hotel has super comfy rooms, amazing staff ready to help if needed, and super delicious food. The main restaurant, Brasas, has everything for every taste, even the pickiest eater. The pool bar is a great alternative for snaking during the day. I can't ask for a better place to stay for me and my family!
I really enjoyed my stay, very much! The room was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable with an amazing view. The pool and common facilities were in optimal condition, and we had a great time. I even left an item behind, and called customer service and they went far beyond to help me find it for me so I could receive it back. I really recommend this place for your next vacation stay; you will enjoy every minute of it!
Everything was just as we expected it to be, we had a remodeled room, everything was clean, new, the employees were polite and friendly, the Pool was cleaned daily, and the grounds were well cared for. All the meals were extremely delicious, Brasas Restaurant & Pelican Beachfront Grill, well priced, the best risotto I’ve had in years. Big shoutout to Edwin, who really took care of me during my stay! Can’t wait to go back and experience the best of the west !
